NSHMBA 2.0: By-laws vote update

Dear Members:

This is a time when you are called upon to share in the responsibility to take NSHMBA to the next level. Last November you received a notification to vote on the update of our bylaws. This is needed to bring NSHMBA in line with California Corporate Law and to provide flexibility to our National board to put in place the initiatives and the structure to allow for our continued growth as an organization. During the next couple of days we will be calling on you to cast your vote before the deadline of January 21st at 5:00 p.m. CST.
